Do you do insurance inspections?
Yes. We’ll coordinate with your insurance company and make sure the paperwork is taken care of and they get everything they need to approve your claim.
Do I need to replace my gutters?
You might need to. The only honest answer to that question really comes after we’ve had a look at the situation in person.
What if my new roof leaks?
New roofs shouldn’t leak. Unfortunately, we get called out many times every year to fix somebody else’s job. We’ll fix your roof and deal with the warranty and your old contractor, so you don’t have to.
Do you sell this particular brand of tiles or shingles?
Chances are the answer is yes, but you’d be better off with a product from Owens Corning or GAF. The truth is that if you see a picture of something you like made by a different company, we can match it and get you a nice long warranty too.
What about those ads for gutters on television?
Some of them are actually entertaining, but what you’re really paying for is those expensive ads. We have a nice selection of gutters with all the features you could ever imagine, minus the pushy salespeople and high prices.
